In graduate school, evidence shows s tudents are substantially negatively impacted by stress, self-judgement, and poor sleep habits. Through this workshop, graduate students will hav e a unique opportunity to learn Koru Mindfulness skills to improve health , reduce stress, and enhance academic performance. KORU Mindfulness is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness , meditation, and stress management to graduate students.
Through th is introductory workshop, KORU will provide students with knowledge and p ractical tips that lead to:-Less stress -Better sleep -Less self-judgment
