In graduate school, evidence show students are substantially negatively impacted by stress, self-judgment, and poor sleep habits. Thr ough this workshop, graduate students will have a unique opportunity to l earn Koru Mindfulness skills to improve health, reduce stress, and enhan ce academic performance. KORU Mindfulness is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress m anagement to graduate students, Through this introductory workshop, KORU will provide students with knowledge and practical tips that leas to: les s stress, better sleep, and less self-judgement.
