Mark Moorman is the Senio r Director of Global Scientific & Regulatory Affairs for the Kellogg Compa ny in Battle Creek, MI with responsibilities for emerging food safety and nutrition technical and regulatory issues and the regulatory compliance o f the global portfolio of Kellogg products. Prior to joining the Kellogg C ompany in 1998, Mark spent 10 years with Silliker Laboratories as the Tec hnical Director of Microbiology responsible for assisting clients with mic robiological food safety and quality issues. Mark has his undergraduate an d Ph.D. degrees from Michigan State University in Microbiology and Food Sc ience.
