A new event intended to help doctoral students assess their goals in relation to their
curr ent skills, provide structured time to devise a one to three year plan fo r personal and professional development, and deliver resources in support of those ends. Participants will also have the opportunity to build coll egial connections among the graduate student community across the universi ty.
