Aurora by Beyond the Professoriate
Aurora by Beyond the Professoriate is an online professional development training program for graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and PhDs that helps them successfully transition into both academic and non-academic career paths.
Aurora is an eLearning Platform with on-demand, self-paced learning modules that allow postdocs to discover career options and methods to apply the skills acquired through their education.There are 2 programs of study to help students learn successful job search strategies including: 1) the Academic Careers Pathway program; and 2) the Professional Careers Pathway program. Aurora also hosts a one-of-a-kind video library where students can watch interviews with PhDs working in all sectors: academia, government, higher education administration, industry, and non-profits.
