The workshop will evaluate some of the most typical issues affecting p roductivity, including procrastination, motivation and perfectionism. I s will also examine the way that academic workplaces are structured and ho w this frequently contributes to productivity-related problems. The hands -on workshop will offer several exercises related to goal-setting, time m anagement and accountability to assist participants in developing practica l strategies for meeting their goals. The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Greg Lambeth from the University of Illinois.
